Vision and Mission



Vision Statement Our vision is cities working together to promote public power, and provide reliable valuable energy services. Mission
		Maximize the use of each cities generation assets which will result in increased revenue for those respective cities. This would include leveraging both energy and capacity and would be dispatched/scheduled based on economic priority.
		Leverage each member’s power purchase contracts in such a way as to benefit the respective members..
		Consolidate members excess energy and capacity and sell/leverage it amongst members first. Once members needs are met then sell excess energy outside of the pool which will generate revenues for respective members.
		Minimize overhead and administrative costs to members.
		Identify and facilitate the development of potential joint generation and transmission capital projects for pool members.
