Energy Auditor Training Scholarships

The State Energy Office has announced a limited number of scholarships for certification training as a home energy auditor.  The State Energy Office has used over $38 million in Kansas economic recovery funds to establish an energy efficiency revolving loan program.  To qualify for the program, residential customers will be required to have a home energy audit by an auditor certified under the state energy's training program.

KPP Elects New Board of Directors

The Kansas Power Pool Board of Directors met on February 18th for a re-organizational meeting.  The former Board of Directors, which included a representative from each member city, elected a pared down nine member Board of Directors including:
